Just wondering if there will be a website that you can watch the keynote on the 9th. will it be on apple's website?

There have been varying people that have tried to videocast the keynote, but the quality is usually sub-par and they cannot videocast forward, it's just them turning on their iSight usually. It will eventually be posted by Apple like all the other ones.
 
It's normally up on the website a few hours after the event for streaming, then a little later for download through the Apple Events podcast.
 
Many techy websites and blogs post pictures and notes as the keynote is happening.

The video is usually up directly from Apple a few hours after the event, as many people mentioned above.

Yeah, I'll be following Engadget's blog during the keynote. They usually do a good job providing all the details as soon as it happens
