So I’m considering the Apple Watch 6, and have an important (to me) question regarding the solo loop. I wear a watch on my left wrist, and I am also left handed and use a mouse with that hand. I hated wearing a FitBit because the rubberized finish was nonslip, so it would “catch” on the desk as I moved my hand around with the mouse. Would I have the same problem with the solo loop?

^ Left... in fact, I think it's the most optimal position possible, considering it's toward the bottom of your wrist it's the least amount of movement for your other arm to access the crown (ie. for once us lefties get the best situation possible).

Either hand, you want it toward the inside so you don't cover up the screen at all.

FWIW, I'm ambidextrous and write lefty, but use a mouse righty. But I don't use a mouse much anymore.

OP yes it will catch on the desk. Its not super grippy, but its enough that it would do the same thing that your FitBit would do.

Fellow leftie here, watch on right wrist with crown out and right mouser. I recently switched to a trackball to correct some early carpel tunnel and found that it also fixed the watch band “drag”. Happy accident but would recommend on many fronts. 👍🏼
