Will The TouchBar MacBook help You Checkout Faster Than The App?

Now that I have the MacBook Pro with touch ID, will this actually give me an advantage to checking this phone out this month for preorder? Or do the MacBooks without Touch ID still have the "use Apple Pay" option at checkout? Which is faster?

I have pre-ordered a few phones and generally find that the App goes “up” before the website so that will probably be the leading factor, not Apple v. Normal pay. I would have both qued up though.
