Will the Unibody MBP support future multi-touch gestures?

So, will the late 2008/2009 unibody macBooks support future multitouch gestures?

Well we dont know what those gestures will be yet so noone can say

However i would say so because the technology is advanced enough in the trackpad to support updated firmware and new gestures in the future.

I believe both the early and late 08' Macbooks support up to 10 finger tracking.

But Apple did not officially update the early 08' Macbooks to support the 4 finger gestures even though they are fully capable...
