my home button is real loose and clicks before I press it all the way so pretty much you think you pushed it in but you didn't and also the chrome bezel doesent sit flush with the white back so dust gets under the screen.

They probably will allow you to swap it if these problems appear to be enough of an issue for the "ease of usability" on the device to be hindered.

I concur, they will exchange if the iPhone doesn't have suspect damages and the current problems are due to built quality, it would help if you "just" bought it.
