Will they replace this?

I've got an iPhone 3G 8GB, and this is what's happened:

My original phone lost the ability to use WiFi, so I got it replaced under warranty at the Genius Bar (Covent Garden)

This second iPhone had a broken speaker, so that got replaced again instore.

I'm now on my third phone, which is out of warranty. It's essentially died, as it turns itself off and gets very hot, even after a restore. I'm guessing tis the logic board... but will Apple replace this one? Opinions/ anecdotes would be great

Gah that's annoying what happened to hers? I really think Apple are in the worng here

The mute button doesnt work anymore...so the phone stays on loud haha

They can't replace your phone forever. Pay for the replacement, pay someone to fix it or get a new phone.
