Will this affect my unlock/jailbreak?

I found out that if I have iTunes 8.2 installed (which I do), then iTunes prevents programs like Quickpwn from working properly. If I Jailbreak/Unlock my iPhone 2G on my other Windows computer which is running iTunes 8.1.1, I want to sync it with my computer with iTunes 8.2 because that has all of my music on it. So after I unlock/jailbreak on my other computer, will iTunes 8.2 on the computer with all my music be able to recognize that my phone is jailbroken/unlocked and prevent it from functioning properly?
