$800 is decent i suppose, then again I don't know much about Mac Pros. kind of seems high though, although current Mac Pro models are really expensive.

depending on the shape it's in and most importantly whether or not it is upgradable are huge factors. would that thing recognize a higher frequency ram? the gfx card is old (although 8800s were good), but can you fit the larger cards in there if you were to upgrade? things like that are considerable imo.
