Will this car charger work with iPhone 5?

Will this work with the i5 and a lightning cable?

Also, is it one of the car chargers that run at 1amp so i can use my satnav App and get a good charge?

My last car charger hardly topped up the battery whilst thesatnav was running.

I had one for my 4S but haven't tried it with the lightning cable. Should I get a specific volt/watt if I intend on using the lightning cable?
