Will this completely uninstall Rock?

I haven't done a back up on my phone since I've been jailbroken and was wanting to get rid of Rock. If I restore my phone from a back up will this completely get rid of Rock or will I have to do a full restore?

A restore from backup will not remove anything you have on your phone.
It will just transfer your contacts, settings and other minor things to your phone.
A full restore is going to remove everything including Rock, cydia, the JB and all.

Damn, I was really hoping I could avoid that. Thanks for the answer. When setting up the phone after I restore, will I be able to use my back up since I haven't backed up since being jailbroken or should I set it up as a new phone? I saved my SHSH through cydia but am still a little confused on exactly how to restore.
