So, I just got a PM G5 1.8 DP. It didn’t come with a power cord. Will the one from my Sawtooth work? That cord is rated for 10A 125V 1250W.

No problem using a standard power cord that would be used on most Macs. Your PM G5 will be fine with any standard power cord. One exception to that would be a different model, the Late 2005 PM G5, which uses a fairly uncommon cord. A common power cord won't even plug in to that one. Your G5 is a couple of models older. Your power cord will be good, assuming it is serviceable, no damage

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure that the power cord I selected was powerful enough. I tried it after seeing your post and it does indeed seem to be powerful enough.
