Will this corrupt Windows XP?

If I moved my old BootCamp folder on my Mac drive to my BootCamp partition, would t damage Windows XP? In NTFS I cannot do the transfer so need to boot into XP to do it. This will free 14GB's on my Mac.

Could you explain in a little more detail exactly what you are considering?

Sorry did not understand exactly your current setup and what you are thinking about doing.

just copying old XP folder from old bootcamp partition to new partition on new hard drive.
