Will this display configuration work?

Wondering if anyone has something like this working. I have a late 2013 rMBP (with the discrete GPU). Also a Dell 2408W external monitor connected running at 1920 x 1200 with the laptop open. I'd like to add a Dell 4K (maybe the P2715Q) to this - so effectively there would be the laptop display, the older monitor and the 4K monitor. From what I can see from reading around the computer should be able to drive this configuration, but I'm just wanting to see if anyone has this before I drop some money.
