Nope. PowerBook G4 has to have an Ultra ATA hard drive.

EDIT: This one will work...

Nope, that hard drive has a SATA connector, your PowerBook uses ATA.

It's also called IDE. There's a 160 gb single platter notebook IDE drive that's supposed to be almost as fast as a 7200. Can't remember who made it, though. Google should tell you.
