I'm thinking of buying this memory for my 12" M9690LL/A 1.5 G4 Powerbook. I looked at the user reviews on the site, and they all mention 15 and 17" powerbooks, not quite sure if it's the same with the 12".

Any feedback will be appreciated, oh and Happy New Year's to all.

Do yourself a favor and order your memory from datamem.com. You'll get a very fair price and excellent memory. The best part is that they guarantee the memory to work with specific Macs. This is very important because Macs are very pick when it comes to RAM.

No
The 12" uses PC2700 DDR RAM, not DDR-2
Apple Powerbook Specifications page

I recommend that you choose a reputable seller who tests and guarantees compatibility with your model Macintosh, offers a lifetime warranty and a no-cost return if it doesn't work. (Hint: NewEgg offers only one of the three conditions)
