Will this memory work?

I have a late 2008 Mac pro and was looking for some good cheap memory for it and came across this,

will this memory work on my mac? 2gigs for 50 bucks seems to good to be true.

It hasn't got ECC and no heat sinks. So probably no good for your MacPro3,1.

The lowest I have seen proper ECC and heat sink 2008 memory is 50€/2GB.

oh ok. I was wondering about that. The memory did look a bit thin in the picture. Thanks for responding so quickly though I appreciate it.
