Hi,

I ordered some ram from Crucial after placing an order for the 27" iMac i7.
I ordered on Amazon because I had gift cards there vs. crucial.com. I couldn't find the ram that the Crucial ram finder recommended but I chatted with a Crucial representative who assured me that the ram I was going to buy from Amazon would work in the iMac. For some reason, I still have some doubt and I wanted to get some feedback from the forum.

The ram is here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008LTBJFW/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

Any idea if I'm going to run into problems?

Thanks!

While your linked memory order at Amazon does not have the identical p/n that the Crucial Memory Advisor Tool drills down to, it hits all the bullet points and I would imagine you'll have no issues.

If/Then/Else:
Amazon has a great return policy :D

Thanks guys,

I'm getting my imac btw jan 7 and Jan 11, I'll let you guys know if the iMac likes what I bought for it
