Will this RAM work on my imac g3?

Yes it will..Shutdown the Mac> Cool 5 mins> remove the old ram then install new ram > boot up>done if it boots to Mac desktop...

thanks for the quick response! can you tell me what the difference is between low and high density? and what does ecc registered mean?
