RAM specifications for your PowerBook can be found here under PowerBook G4 12 (1.5GHz), also take a look a note 24. The sticky points for me are wether or not the RAM you posted has the correct number of pins and operates at the correct speed. I don't know wether its an option, but you can find RAM for you PB at http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/iBooks-PowerBooks/G4-Aluminum/ It's guaranteed to work with Macs and OWC has much a great return policy,
