Will this RAM work?

I recently got a $100 credit from DELL after returning their crappy laptop (and ordering a macbook). So I want to use that to upgrade the RAM in my SR Macbook. Will the following work:

Yes, it matches the specs and should work.

Are you buying one stick or two?
Apple recommends matched pairs so you should upgrade from 2x512M to 2x1G (not to say that 512M+1G won't work, just not ideal.)
