It looks like an awesome dual-USB world charger and I want one but only if it's powerfull enough to charge my Ipad 2 ...

The specs says
Output: 5VDC / 1300 mA max.

Not sure. It may charge it, it may not. If it does, it will certainly be slower than the standard iPad charger, as it is a max of 6.5W, versus the standard charger's 10W
 
This (huge) image shows it outputs 1x 1000ma or 2x 500ma so charging the iPad alone shoud works I believe...

It has the same output (1A) as the Apple iPhone charger so yes, it will charge the iPad but not as fast as the official iPad charger (2A).
 
Here is the answer I got from them

We have done this test with the iPad 1 and iPhone 4 and it worked fine.
According to our information, the charge specification of the iPad 2 remains unchanged so we can reasonably assume that it will work perfectly.
