If that will work, I'm going to head out and purchase one now. Anyone know if that kind will work?

if it has a Visa logo then it should work. Its like your ATM card with a Visa or MC logo on it.

It will work to pay, but not to use to activate an account or to bill anything to it.
Plus they charge you like a $5 dollar fee, and doesn't it usually have to be activated and them mailed in or something? I used to work at a convenience and thats what I recall, might as well bring cash

You can purchase them at drug stores and at W*Mart. Just make sure that you have enough on the card for any taxes. Yes there is a purchase fee and a reload fee.:(

They will know it is not a real credit card. So if they are requiring a real credit card it will not work.

Just depends on the specific rules.
