I don't think that one will work. It explicitly lists only Windows operating systems.
Webcams fall into two categories, those which need drivers to work and those which are UVC. Those which need drivers will almost never work on your Mac unless their manufacturer produces specific Mac drivers, which will definitely be advertised as a feature. The UVC cams are slowly becoming more popular but tend to have a price premium; these will work on any Mac so long as it's on Tiger or better and relatively up to date.
I use a Hue webcam (bought from Amazon) and there are Mac editions of a few models from Logitech too. Some people use console webcams with success too. Just make sure whichever kind you pick mentions either OSX or UVC somewhere in the specification.
