If I plug that into my Aluminum Macbook's USB slot, can I have a second external monitor?

So, 1 monitor through DVI/DisplayPort, 2nd through USB slot?

Nope, looks like it's Windows only by the Newegg specs page.

The Matrox DualHead2Go is made to work with Mac but it's considerably more $$.

http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=100-U2-UV12-A1&pwindow=features&family= though makes no mention of OS X. Beyond that, if you download the user manual or the spec sheet, both only make mention of Windows.

And when I try to select the 16 model it routes me to a total product page with no mention of the 16 model...?
