Just got my unlocked iPhone 5 today and as there is no nano sim available for the network carrier in my country. I was wondering is there anyone that had tried to use a Sim cutter?

Found this on amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Cutter-iPhone-Convertor-adapters-Shenit/dp/B009FWTEEC/

Wonder if my micro sim card will be able to use after the cutting and "grinding"?

Anyone had successfully use this sort of cutter? Please advice.

Thanks

Though you can cut a sim down, whether or not this particular cutter will work I don't know.

Isn't the nano sim thinner? Will the sim card still works after thinning down with sandpaper?
