Looks like laptop memory to me... but then again, that's what an iMac is inside...

Crucial sez you need:

200-pin SODIMM, DDR2 PC2-5300 memory

I saw the warranty info but I didn't pay attention tbh, i got it for £55 so it's not the end of the world if it conks out...probably not the right attitude to have, but hey ho.
