Will tikl come to the app store

I was looking at my Father's Android phone today and he had a neat app called tikl. It lets you use your phone like a two way radio. I am wondering if this will come to the app store now that a Verizon Iphone is coming out.

Any guesses?

You may want to check out Voxer Walkie Talkie. Similarly to TiKL itstreams the audio live (vs. voice messaging), so the recipient(s) can listen to the message while you are recording it, but it also offers text and picture messaging (all for free .
