iPod touch Will Touch Sync with iTunes after Jailbreak?

This is the only thing that stopping me from jailbreaking. I looked at lots of page in here, some said it won't sync anymore. Some said it works fine. Can anyone please clear this up for me, thanks.

Mine is completely fine. It may be a LITTLE slower than before...but I cant really tell.
