Carrier Will unlock 5s be available on Sep 20?

I am not going to a 2 year contract. Just want to know if I can order the unlock 5s from apple on Sep 20.

I remember when iPhone 5 came out, they started to sell unlock phone 2 months after release. Do I have to wait 2 months for 5s?

It seems there will be only T-mobile unlock 5s. I assume it also works with AT&T but not Verizon or Sprint?

Not exactly sure if unlocked will be available for sale on Sep 20, but on Apple online store unlocked 5s is already listed - which hints that it will most probably go on sale on Sep 20. http://store.apple.com/us/buy-iphone/iphone5s

I plan to go to an apple store in the morning to get one, do u think it will be available at launch?? From the apple online store, tmobile version is unlocked.

Could you buy a unlock Iphone without been a US resident? Or does Apple ask for a ID to sell you this model?
