Since I got my iPhone 4, I never use my iPod touch 4 32g. I offered it to my daughter (who has an 8g iPod 4 touch). She really wants it, but is scared that switching will cause her to lose all her high levels in her games & she will have to start over. Will this happen? If so, is there any way to change this?

You could restore the 32GB touch using a backup of the 8GB touch. This should transfer over all data pertaining to the apps loaded on the 8GB.

Yep, and all the settings will transfer over too - it would result in the same layout and everything. Just be sure to let the initial sync finish completely the first time after the backup is restored.
