Will upgrading to 2.0.2 delete all my apps?

Im currently on 2.0.1 i wana if upgrading to 2.0.2 will completely wipe my Ipod of al apps i hav downloaded via installer and cydia? Is there a way to upgrade and stil keep everything?

Just SSH Into your iPod and back up the App Folders onto the computer. Just to be safe. It will delete all your apps.

i get wifi from campus but the computers are locked so cant install software.We have a dedicated wifi zone in the library but it is far from the computers.

you can do a backup in iTunes but this will just backup settings for apps from app store, you will loose all data on the ipod when updating to 2.0.2 jailbreak as you need to restore the ipod with the custom firmware and not update it

i have iPhone PC suite can i use that to back up my ipod? What files will i need to copy?
