Will USB A to C adapter allow me to use CarPlay with iPhone 14 Pro Max?

Basically, finally got the green light from my Company to upgrade my iPHone 11 PM to a 14PM. Now that has the USB C cable and my car (2020 Kia) has USB A plug in for CarPlay. If I grab an adapter that will allow me to plug in my USB C cable into the adapter.. will I have any issues continuing to use CarPlay? Thanks!

USB-C to USB-A adapters generally go in the other direction. The best option is probably to just use a USB-A to Lightning cable, which you probably have from the old phone.

Wow.. you are right. I’m not sure why I was thinking I had to get an adapter!? Of course I could just use my old cable… wow.. I’m an idiot! 😂
