Say on Line 1 I buy an iPhone 6 gold but I really want it for Line 2.

Can I guy it first and then have it transfer over to Line 2?

Can I just trade the SIM cards and activate them myself?

thanks

Yep, but you have to log into your online account and switch devices there as well. Super simple process

This is not true at all.

I just bought a 6s+, gave my 6+ to my mom and my mom gave her 5S to my sister. All three of us had to do SIM swaps and that's ALL we had to do. After putting SIM into desired phone, it will automatically activate on your line - nothing needs to be done on Verizon's website.

I think Verizon doesn't use sim cards

Guys this is like a year old.

But FYI: Went to the Verizon store and they swapped the SIM card for me.
