I think it would be the color that would keep keep me from the yearly unnecessary upgrades. But I also think Apple knows this, and is why they‘re holding back cause who would trade in their beautiful red iPhone Pro with red steel frames over another color? Nobody! Unless the phone becomes notch-free.
