For the past few years, Apple has held many events before WWDC to announce iPads (2010-2012), new versions of iOS (2010) and other products and features. With the next generation of iPads, OS X, Apple TV and Macs looming on the horizon, might Apple hold an event in April 2013 to announce the iPad(5th Gen), OS X 10.9 or Apple TV? Or will they wait to WWDC to concentrate on iOS 7 which is rumored to have a whole new design?

There is some discussion of when the Pro will be announced. Before WWDC, WWDC, or after it. Unless they abandon the line it is pretty much a lock that it will be announced sometime this year, although I am in the WWDC camp.

Edit: hmm, is there is a more appropriate forum for this thread or should it be here?

Im sure every version of iOS was announced at WWDC. But yes it seems like Apple has pushed everything to the middle and end of the year.
