Will you get the 27/30" iMac if it comes in the same colors as the 24"?

Yep, will sell my pink 24" and get the larger one. I love the new colours and I hope the larger one is the same, if not may just keep what I have
No one is asking about the 24" crew. This is for the people that did NOT get the 24" because of the color/design. Why would anyone buy the 24" 1 month later sell it for the newer larger one? Ya'll probably Apple employees pretending to hype it up.
Yes. As long as the price is not much higher than the current 27" iMac. Would be fantastic if it came in colours.
Why not? You cannot buy a computer that is not offered for sale yet. The best you can do is to get the one best-suited for your needs now, and if something better is available later, you switch. Simple. I have done this many times.
if the rumored 14” is released today I will get it, but if a smaller and lighter 11-12” is released later I will immediately “upgrade”.
yea mine early 2009 24iMac are dying soon , I can't wait that long for Bigger iMac , lov to grab the M1 iMac24 for now . Then trade in later this yrs .
Yeah I would. I was a little lukewarm on the colors when I saw the Keynote but after seeing them in person they are really great looking. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a blue or silver one.
Kind of feel like if the 27/30's are considered the 'Pro' models they will have more 'premium' colors, like the iPhone lineup with it's fun colors for non-pro and conservative colors for the pros. We'll probably see silver, the return of space grey and perhaps a deep blue or some similar shade.
I would be happy if they made the same colors for the 30/32 models (it would be strange if they increased the size of the smaller one but not the larger one, so I doubt it will be 27). Maybe add a dark/space grey option for some who really clamor for that, but keep all the others too.
I am thinking the earliest we would see such a release would be fall. But so far, no rumors or leaks pointing in that direction. Generally, if a release gets close there is some chatter about it. That makes me think maybe it won't be until next year.

I am anxiously awaiting. I have a late 2015 27" which still runs well, but I am seriously wondering after Monterey if it will still accept updates. I am close to the bottom of the list right now.
I reckon they'll probably keep roughly the same overall size as the current 27" with much smaller bezels. They'll market it as being 30" but it'll only be 29.5. This new iMac Pro will come in a choice of 3 colours: Butlers Silver, Cloud Grey and Coffee Black. The base model will have 512GB SSD plus options up to 8TB for a few grand extra. Likewise 8GB RAM standard with 16, 32 and 64GB options likely to be overpriced as usual. You'll have to wait till next time around for a 128GB option IMO. They may throw in 10GB Ethernet as standard or keep that perk for next time as well 😅

I have no idea where this idea that it won’t have the same colors or design came from. There’s no basis for this in reliable reporters and odds are it will be the same as the 24”.
But… yes. I really like the Silver one. But even if that didn’t exist I’d get green or blue. I saw them in person and they’re great.
