Just bought a new MBA 13 and I'm trying to install Win 7 64 bit SP 1 (3.32 GB on disk)

I have a blank 4GB USB ( 4.05 GB ) but it comes up with a not enough space on USB message when going through Bootcamp?

I've had this same issue when trying to get an OS onto a 4 GB USB stick. Even though the OS may appear to be small enough to fit, it just won't. You'll need to use a flash drive with 6 or 8 GB.

Thanks - I got round it by unticking the download drivers box so just Win 7 was on the USB.

Its installing now. Its quite a good design by Apple - either install Win 7 and drivers both from a 8GB USB or separately.

Also you choose to create the USB first and install later. Well done Apple.
