Win 7 RAM question

Why is windows only using 2.17GB of the installed 8GB? Does the 32 bit version only support 2GB? It's been a while since I played around with windows settings so any help is appreciated.

This is a bootcamp installation.

the 32bit only supports up to 4gb, but after subtract ram needed for the GPU and other minor over head stuff, you're left with that.
