Recently, I installed Win 7 64-bit on a 24-inch iMac (early 2009, designated 9,1). The installation was not all that straightforward... but at some point the computer restarted and booted directly into Win 7. It run flawlessly for several days during which it was put to Sleep (never powered down) while I was away. Programs installed with no hitch and the machine's behavior couldn't be better.

This morning I needed to move the machine though, so I powered it down, moved it to the new desk, plugged it in, turned it on... and nothing! The only thing I get in the BONG! sound and a white empty screen. Neither Win nor Snow Leopard would boot.

Any ideas on what to do next will be appreciated.

Many thanks.
