[Win7] Fresh install - Control Panel - Fonts will not display anything

I have tried several clean installs of Windows 7, clean installs with all updates, and tried again after I had all my programs installed. I still get the same result. Does anybody have any ideas? I have had this issue for 6 months.
 
Somebody must have some ideas....come on. I posted this on 8 forum websites and nobody responded on any of them in the past 6 months geez.
