I have windows 7 installed on my late 2009 unibody macbook without bootcamp (no longer need to use OSX), and all was fine up until 2 or 3 weeks ago.

It does a partial freeze thing, where if I'm in chrome, it will only let me click stuff in Chrome. In order to open vlc for example, i have to alt+ctrl+delete and open the task manager, and then I can freely click around, until it locks up on something else.

I've also experienced full system crashes with yellow lines running across the screen.

I've spent the last 9 hours or so, clearing off, erasing, writing zeros, formatting and reinstalling win7 and almost straight away the problems were there, so it seems to be hardware rather than software.

I had stuffed 8GB of RAM in, but replaced the original 2GB to see if it made a difference, and it hasn't, it still freezes in places.

Also, in chrome, when it decides to freeze up, clicking on a tab closes it instead of displaying that page.

It's out of warranty and I have a feeling it's a graphic card problem.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
