win7 open ahci ,waking up blue screen.!

I use this Method(https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/760482/) Enabling ahci ,get a problem now. when Wake up from sleep. get BSOD!

How to solve this problem？ my macbook pro is mc373(Mid-2010 15" i7)
