Win7 / Snow Leopard SMB Sharing

This is an old question... and it used to work for me, but now after having setup my Windows 7 Box and my Macbook Pro, I can connect using my username/password to my Windows 7 shares from within Snow Leopard, but I cannot connect to my Macbook Pro shares using my Windows 7 username/password.

I have followed all the steps I can find on how to set these up. Any ideas?

Sounds like Windows problem. Microsoft like to break compatibility with each new Windows release. My one Windows computer is going to stay on XP for this exact reason - Vista and Seven are not worth the hassle.
