Winclone on Mac Pro BootCamp

My nMP installed Winclone 4. THe WIN8.1 boot camp was running normally.
Did a copy image of WIN8.1 from bootcamp and restore it into an external WD thunderbolt hard drive. Running Win 8.1 on this external hard drive the screen keeps on flickering every five minutes interval. occasionally an error message appears Quote: AMD Catalyst Control Center Host Application has stopped working Unquote

Any solutions to this.

How did you make this work??

I used win clone 4.4 and windows won't even boot from external drive....

Could you please inform what steps you have done to boot from external drive?
