Hello everyone.
I have a Mac Pro 2009 and have two HDDs on it. Because of lack of space, I bought today a new one HDD 1TB and out it on the third slot and then make a clone of my Windows partition with Winclone. My problem is that when booting from the clone that I made, the windows drive letter is G instead of C and some of the programs installed boot from C, which is the old one.
If I take out the old HDD the bootcamp partition will boot but not load desktop probably because it's searching for files that are on the first disk.
What can I do to fix this? Is there maybe another program that will make a bootable clone of the bootcamp partition?

Thank you in advance.

In the control panel of Windows 8 (and also 7), you can change the letters of your drives and then replace the letter G of your boot drive by C as well as change the letter of your old one. Hope it fixes your problem...
