winclone works for windows 7?

from the website i saw it says windows xp/vista only. i just want to know whether any 1 using winclone for windows 7? i'm dummy in winclone hopefully some 1 can teach me how to use it.

i just need to clone my windows partition into my external hd? how about my time machine? it wouldn't effect it?
