Is there a piece of software (pref freeware!!!) that actively records the amount of time you spend in a window?

Ideally I'd like something like:

1:00:00 mymac/
1:00:02 mymac/applications/
1:00:10 mymac/applications/InDesign
etc...

Which shows it took me 2 seconds to open my applications folder before spending 8 seconds looking for InDesign before I opened it, and so on...

Anyone?
