I've posted a video showing some very odd and annoying behavior that just started this afternoon.

https://vimeo.com/99694526

I'm experiencing window jitters on OS X 10.9.3 when using my Wacom Intuos 5. I've tried switching out tablets to an Intuos 4 and get the same results. I've also uninstalled the Wacom drivers and the problem is still present. I though it may be a GFX card issue (I sure HOPE it's not, as my 2013 MacPro is a mere 3 months old) but when I boot camp directly into my Windows 8.1 partition, there's no issue. This leads me to believe it's a driver issue. Another piece of information - i've got a very old and finicky 30" Apple Cinema Display hooked up via the Dual DVI -> Thunderbolt adapter.

Have any of you experienced this and, if so, ever find a solution to fix it?

Thanks,

-Steve

Solution Found

Turns out it was a vsync issue. I used Quartz Debug to disable Beam Sync.

Apparently, Maya 2015 is setting Beam Sync to "Automatic" which was causing the problem.
