Everytime intel graphics driver tries to install, i get a blue screen. Same thing happens if i try using the correct bootcamp driver. Has anyone gotten W10/11 working on this unit?

I got Windows 11 Home on my mid 2012 Macbook Pro. You need to install it through bootcamp and install it in legacy mode. Unless you want an adventure then try it in EFI mode (which is how I installed windows 11). With the EFI mode though you need to do extra work to get the audio working. On Legacy it works OOTB (Out-of-the-box).

I got it. I removed the intel hd device in device manager before connecting to internet and subsequently drivers trying to install for it. Only pulled Nvidia drivers and no crash. A little embarrassed. It took me like three days to figure that out.
