Strange issue, when I log into Windows 10 through bootcamp when plugged into power, my experience is perfectly normal. When I disconnect the power cord the screen goes black and unresponsive. Anyone have this happen to them?

I tried turning the brightness up to the max and yet still the issue persisted. I searched online for this issue before posting here and found people with same issue as you buy not mine unfortunately.
After some more searching I'm still unabashed to find somebody with a mirroring problem. I've found multiple threads with people who have the reverse issue of the screen going black when plugged into power but their resolutions involve adjusting the brightness slider which does nothing for my issue.
